WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS

Warranty

Ghost Glass, LLC warrants this product, including the film, power controller, and busbar, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential and commercial use and conditions for a period of five (5) years from the original invoice date. Throughout the warranty period, Ghost Glass, LLC agrees to repair any defect in material or workmanship, or to furnish a new product in exchange without charge. Only new products will be used as replacements. This warranty covers any deficient product that falls within the warranty terms, including the cost of shipping and handling for such products.

This warranty does not cover issues arising from installation. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the order number on the original dated sales receipt. Should a warranty be claimed, the new effective start date of the warranty will be the date on which the new product is received by the customer. Ghost Glass, LLC does not warrant installation fees or contractor fees. The warranty only covers the replacement film cut to the original specifications.

Additionally, the warranty covers the cost of shipping and handling for the return of defective products and the shipment of replacement products.
